How Can stabbing Shoulder Blade Pain Be Treated?

I was awoken by this stabbing pain close to my spinal cord area just above my shoulder blade on the right side and any certain way I turn my head or lift anything with my right hand there is this bad bad stabbing pain and I ve felt really today very sluggish and tired. It feels just like someone is stabbing me.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan to rule or tendon involvement.
